In a transformative 2-hour deep dive coaching session, you will have the opportunity to explore your life and uncover various pathways that may lead to personal growth. A guide by your side as you navigate those big life changes. Flexible coaching when you need it, over the years of coaching, I have learnt that the traditional coaching offer of 6 x 2-hour sessions, etc, just isn't flexible enough for people that are navigating big life transitions in their 40s, 50s and 60s. My flexible, retained coaching package, allows the time for you to generate new ideas, develop a deep sense of resolve and grounding and to deeply understand who you are and where you want to go. Twelve hours of coaching support go into the bank as you commence your coaching journey. Those hours can be drawn down and used whenever you need them. In addition, your coaching package will include support in between your coaching sessions via email and WhatsApp. Ideal for career changes, navigating life events, exploring what your next chapter in life is and taking the steps forward whilst having the support of a coach by your side.

8 - Week Mindfulness Course

New to mindfulness or looking to restart your practice, our 8 week mindfulness courses will provide you with a solid foundation in mindful living.

  • Week 1 - Introduction to mindfulness, what it is and what it isn't.

  • Week 2 - Exploring our relationship with our thoughts, connecting mind and body.

  • Week 3 - Powerful pauses, living in the present

  • Week 4 - Exploring our relationship with our thoughts.

  • Week 5 - The observing self, understanding our patterns and emotions

  • Week 6 - The ripple effect of mindfulness

  • Week 7 - Unconditional compassion

  • Week 8 - Retreat and recap
